Elisa’s Story

In 2011, battling a pituitary tumor, postpartum depression, and a strained marriage, I was suicidal, and despite knowing God my entire life, I could not seem to break the chains of bondage in my life. On September 07, 2011, while reading my bible, searching for peace and an answer to my dilemma, my life changed forever. I heard God speak audibly, instructing me to teach others. I remember being both elated and confused. I was ecstatic because I heard him, confused; how could I teach or be helpful to anyone when I felt so worthless and had such poor self-esteem? His answer was a dream, which I have named access granted. From this dream, he shifted my mindset toward using my pain to heal others. I wish I could say I walked into this from that day, but it took nearly six years to come to fruition.
